Who is responsible for your data?

Paris Macro Beauty SAS, registered at 89 rue d’Aboukir, 75002 Paris, France, is responsible for the personal data used to manage enquiries and professional relationships.

Information you provide

When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message, to respond to your enquiry and discuss any services you request.

This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries or, where applicable, on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need sufficient contact details to reply.

Access is limited to authorised persons at Paris Macro Beauty and the technical providers required to operate our email services.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then deleted.

Where an engagement follows, relevant information is retained for the duration of the relationship and subsequently for applicable legal, accounting or claims-related requirements.

Website hosting

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace also processes technical information, including IP addresses and device or browser information, for its own service security and operational purposes.

Its processing, retention criteria and international transfers are described in the Squarespace Privacy Policy. Its transfer arrangements include the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable, as explained in its Data Processing Addendum.

Your rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests.
